PCG Townhalls
The PCG Townhall is a flagship internal communications event by PETRONAS Chemicals Group (PCG), providing a platform for the MD/CEO and senior management to engage directly with employees. It communicates key business updates, strategic directions, and performance highlights, while fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose across the organisation.
As part of the core organising committee, I supported the end-to-end planning and creative execution of the townhalls. My contributions included developing and aligning key visuals and presentation materials with the event theme, coordinating and producing internal communications (teasers, invites, reminders), and ensuring a smooth on-the-day experience through visual storytelling and attendee engagement.

SC Townhall
The SC Townhall is an internal engagement event organised by PCG for the Specialty Chemicals (SC) Division. Its purpose is to foster connection among employees, communicate shared ambitions, and promote transparency across the division.
As a committee member, I led the communications and creative execution for the event. My contributions included developing the key visual, communications plan, and video montage production.
